Shipping Policy

At Taylor & Cambria we strive to make sure you have the best shopping experience with us! That's why we always try to find the fastest and safest shipping method available for you. Orders typically take 1-2 days to process before being shipped. Shipping times vary and may take 5-14 days to arrive. We try to ensure a tracking number is available for every order and will provide this to our customers once it is available to us. Your orders can also be tracked once a tracking number has been emailed to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If your order is taking longer than 14 days to arrive or you are unable to track your package, please contact our customer service team at support@taylorcambria.com. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the package. They may also vary depending on the shipping destination. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address when placing your order. Please also note we may not be able to ship to PO Boxes in certain instances, this will depend on the size of your package. We provide free shipping on US/Domestic orders over $100.00. If shipping outside of the United States, additional shipping charges may be applicable.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to Australia, Canada and the UK. For international orders; if your package is unclaimed or returned to us, we may refund for the product amount only and shipping costs would not be eligible for a refund. Customers outside of the US requesting a return or refund will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. A refund will not be issued until the product has been received by Taylor & Cambria. We are not responsible for "lost in transit" packages. Proof of delivery will be required in those instances.
